Our client is an international company providing accounting and HR services to corporate clients. Due to the upcoming maternity leave of one of their key employees, we are looking for a:

Back Office Specialist with German and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing agreements for services and products throughout their full lifecycle
• Activate contracts in line with SLA and SOP requirements
• Validate and maintain accurate data related to clients, payments, and invoices, ensuring correct entries in the system
• Coordinate client inquiries, contract amendments, and resolve issues arising from lease agreements
• Ensure compliance with the company’s internal policies and regional regulatory requirements

Main Requirements:

• Excellent command of German
• Working level of English
• Proficiency in working with specialized software and ERP systems
• +1 year of experience in a similar administrative role or related field
