Back Office Specialist
Place of work: Ożarów Mazowiecki
Main responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales team with their daily tasks;
- Compile and deliver data analyses and reports;
- Offer administrative support and promotional materials;
- Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders;
- Provide overall support for the team’s day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Statistics, or a related field;
- Prior experience working with sales reports and data;
- Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher;
- Pproficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.;
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
