Back Office Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales team with their daily tasks;
• Compile and deliver data analyses and reports;
• Offer administrative support and promotional materials;
• Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders;
• Provide overall support for the team’s day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Statistics, or a related field;
• Prior experience working with sales reports and data;
• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher;
• Pproficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.;
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
