Customer Representative with Dutch
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Document and maintain customer records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.

Requirements:
