Responsibilities:

• Professionally and accurately manage the stream and the game
• Explain game rules to players, accept bets correctly, and handle payouts.
• Maintain game flow and initiate security procedures if fraud or irregularities are suspected.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and maintain positive player relations.
• Comply with house rules, fair play standards, and responsible gaming policies.

Requirements:

• Experience with table games preferred; entry-level candidates may receive additional training.
• Basic conversational Turkish required; English or other languages are an advantage.
• Fast mental arithmetic, attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Clean, professional appearance and compliance with security checks.
• Prior experience in a casino environment.
