Application Support Specialist with French

Main Responsibilities:

• Supports clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via email, chat and phone;
• Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate users;
• Collecting and reviewing application documentation ensuring compliance with industry regulations in order to prevent potential risks for the company;
• Focusing on process improvement identification and development;

• Excellent verbal and written French (C1 Level);
• Very good level of English (B2 Level);
• Previous experience in financial, administrative, or customer support positions will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation;
