Affiliate Manager

Your Role:

As our Affiliate Manager, youll take the lead in driving growth through strategic affiliate partnerships and high-value client relationships. You'll oversee key acquisition channels, guide a team, and use performance insights to maximize revenue and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth and management of affiliate partnerships, from recruitment and negotiations to ongoing optimization, with a focus on driving acquisition and revenue.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with affiliates clients, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through tailored support and communication.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data, using insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and increase player lifetime value.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance) to ensure affiliate and VIP programs align with company goals and meet regulatory standards.
  • Deliver regular reports and strategic updates to senior management, highlighting performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

  • Excellent verbal and written English (C1 C2Level);
  • At least 1 year of experience on a similar role;
  • Experience in the development of sales or marketing strategy;
  • Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
