Key responsabilities : 

• Communicate with existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email.
• Manage a combination of inbound warm leads and outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow-up on assigned leads.
• Analyse, optimize, and oversee marketing campaigns to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Improve the overall customer experience by promoting effective use of advertising products.

Requirements: 

• Native-level proficiency (C1+) in French.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Minimum 1 year of B2B Sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable, target-driven, and comfortable working toward defined objectives.
• Quick learner with strong teamwork skills.
• Confident problem-solver with the ability to handle unique situations effectively.
