Account Representatives Supervisor with German and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor and support the daily operations of the DACH market Account Representatives;
• Guarantee that the KPIs are achieved and take appropriate action to fill gaps;
• Establish a reliable and productive relationship, built on trust with the team members;
• Implement strategic plans to ensure individual growth of the team members;
• Monitor absences, prepare schedules and periodic reports.

Main Requirements:

• Fluency in both German and English (C1);
• 2+ years of experience in sales or account management;
• Experience in the development of sales strategy;
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Ability to work within short deadlines and ast-paced environment.
