1. OFFICIAL RULES OF "SEND CV AND WIN CAREER GROWTH"
1.1. Participants in the game "Send CV and win career growth" mentioned as the Game, are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of the following rules of the Game, called Official Rules.

1.3. The Organizer has the right to change or add the Official Rules, and the changes take effect after their update on the official website https://www.hrs-bg.com/en-blog/official-rules-of-the-game-send-cv-and-win-career-growth
1.4. By participating in the Game, participants agree to the above-described Official Rules and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Game.
1.5. All participants who try to break or have violated the rules of the Game by applying techniques and / or technologies that change the mechanism of the Game will be automatically disqualified.
2. ORGANIZER OF THE GAME "SEND CV AND WIN CAREER GROWTH"
2.1. The game is organized and conducted by HRS SERVICES BULGARIA, Sofia, 11-13 Yunak Str., mentioned as the Organizer.
3. TERRITORY OF CONDUCTING THE GAME
3.1. The game "Send CV and win career growth" is organized and held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in all social networks of HRS Bulgaria, namely:

4. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
4.1. All adult individuals living on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria have the right to participate in the Game, except for the employees of HRS SERVICES BULGARIA and their families / spouses, children and parents /, as well as the employees of the Organizer and their families.
5. DURATION OF THE GAME
5.1. The game in all social networks of HRS Bulgaria starts at 09:00 am on 04.01.2023 and lasts until 09:00 am on 04.10.2023.
6. MECHANISM FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME
6.1. Participation in the Game is not tied to the purchase of an HR service from HRS SERVICES BULGARIA, but is tied to sending a resume (CV) on the following page: https://www.hrs-bg.com/en/send-cv
6.2. For the purposes of the Game, the Organizer will publish a post in the social media profiles of HRS Bulgaria and will place a paid advertisement inviting the followers of the profiles of HRS Bulgaria and the users of the social networks to join the Game.
6.3. To participate in the Game, the participant must meet all 2 conditions, which are published at https://www.hrs-bg.com/en-blog/official-rules-of-the-game-send-cv-and-win-career-growth
The conditions are that the participant must be fluent in one of the following foreign languages: French, German, Dutch, Danish, Spanish or Italian at written and spoken level B2/C1 and to send a resume (CV) to the following page https://www.hrs-bg.com/en/send-cv from the HRS Bulgaria website until 09:00 on 04/10/2023. Each user who has met both conditions will be considered a participant in the Game.
6.4. Users who participate after the expiration of the game will not be considered participants and their names will not be included in the prize draw.
6.5. The winners will be notified if they won the prize by e-mail at the e-mail address indicated in the resume sent by them on the following page: https://www.hrs-bg.com/en/send-cv with which they participated in the game.
6.6. If within 5 working days after sending the email the winner does not return a message containing delivery details, they are considered dropped out of the game and the Organizer selects by lot the new winner for the prize.
6.7. The prize is awarded in the form in which it was announced to the winner. It cannot be exchanged for another prize, transferred or given its monetary equivalent.
6.8. Each user has the right to participate only once for the prize draw.
6.9 Users who have participated several times will not be included repeatedly, but only once.
7. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZES
7.1. There are a total of 80 prizes that can be won by participating in the Game. - 30 non-subject prizes and 50 pcs. subject prizes. Each winning candidate receives a total of 8 gifts as follows:
- 1 piece. Professional editing of the resume (CV), including: structural, graphic and text changes.
- 1 piece. Online career consultation within 30 minutes with a recruitment consultant, in which strengths and weaknesses are discussed, advice on behavior during job interviews, discussion of professional areas for development, retraining, in case of need, appropriate courses for further qualification. The consultation takes place only in the period from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
- 1 piece. Professional advice for creating or optimizing a current profile on the LinkedIn platform.
- 1 piece. branded reusable bag, 1 pc. branded USB laptop fan, 1 pc. branded key chain-cloth for glasses, 1 pc. branded notebook and 1 pc. branded pen.
8. AWARD PROCEDURE
8.1. The prize is awarded to a participant who meets the current rules for participation in the Game.
8.2. In order to claim their prize, winners will need to send a confirmation of the time and date for career consultation in response to the email sent by a representative of HRS Bulgaria to announce the prize they have won. All data provided by the participant will be used only for the purposes of the Game to identify the participant when submitting and awarding the prize won by him. All personal data provided by the participant are protected in accordance with the requirements of LPPD.
8.3. The prize will be delivered free of charge by courier to the winning participant, within 3 (three) working days after the announcement and confirmation at the office of the courier company "Speedy" for delivery. The unclaimed prize within 3 (three) days will be distributed to another participant who has been drawn by lottery.
8.4. The organizer is not responsible for a winning participant who submitted invalid contact details.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. The organizer is not responsible for information submitted by the winner that is obviously incorrect or misleading.
9.2. The organizer of the game is not responsible if the prize is not delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete names, address, contact phone number submitted by the participant.
9.3. The organizer is not responsible for defective or unsuccessful electronic data transmission or damage to the communication connection, regardless of the cause, in respect of equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in connection with the Game.
9.4. The organizer of the Game is not obliged to keep correspondence in case of claims from non-winning participants, at the expiration of the game or on other similar occasions.
9.5. The organizer is not responsible for the inability to ensure participation in the Game in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
10. REPLACEMENT AND TRANSFER OF PRIZES. ABSENCE OF CASH EQUIVALENT
10.1. The prize is delivered by courier to the winning person, against verification of his identity by identification with an ID card or other identity document. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged and there is no cash equivalent.
11. TERMINATION OF THE GAME
11.1. The Organizer has the irrevocable right to reduce or increase the term for participation in the Game, as well as to terminate it at any time, declaring it in accordance with these Official Rules, in case of abuse or mass violation of the rules, in case of force majeur or other objective reasons.
11.2. In case of abuse, bad faith or violation of the Official Rules by a participant, the Organizer has the right to disqualify him.
12. ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNERS
12.1 On 04/10/2023 at 11:30 an online tool will randomly select a winner from the list of names of people who participated in the game only once and fulfilled both conditions for participation in the Game specified by the Organizer. On a lottery basis, 10 (ten) winners will be drawn, who will win a total of 8 (eight) prizes. The organizer will publish a comment with the names and surname of the winners, which is taken from the CV sent on the following page https://www.hrs-bg.com/send-cv

- By participating in this game, participants give their consent and voluntarily provide their personal data.
14. DISPUTES
14.1. Any disputes between the Organizer of the Game and participants in it are resolved through negotiations or, in extreme cases, if it is impossible to reach an agreement, through the intervention of the competent authorities.
