Technical Support Specialist with Hungarian
Main Responsibilities:
- Performing general technical support of business clients via phone;
- Use remote desktop connections to provide support;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help company employees to install applications and programs;
- Troubleshooting email, VPN, and other issues.

This would be the right role for you if you:
- Have excellent verbal and written Hungarian (C1/C2 Level);
- Very good English level (B2 Level);
- Very good skills with MS Office, VPN, and Outlook;
- Previous experience in technical support will be considered an advantage but is not a must.
