Team Leader with German‍

‍

Main responsibilities:

• Identify the sales team goals and evaluate the sales team progress;
• Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback;
• Monitor and manage the day-to-day team operations to deliver the set by the client SLAs/KPIs'
• Improving the performance of the team;
• Prepare regular reports on current tasks.

Job requirements:

• Experience in managing customer support in the BPO field;
• Experience as Sales Agent;
• Excellent level in German (C1 level);
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
• Practical knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom, or Slack is considered an advantage.
