As we expand our Pharma client's team, we’re looking for a new colleague to take ownership of recruitment and contribute to key HR initiatives in our newly established Shared Services Center as
Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for designated roles;
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process;
- Support broader HR projects, including onboarding, talent programs, and engagement activities;
- Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity;
- Ensure alignment with HR policies and local employment laws.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Fluent in English (C1 level);
- University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration;
- 3+ years of HR administrative experience, ideally in an international or SSC setting;
- Strong hands-on recruitment knowledge and sourcing skills;
- Proficient with MS Office tools;
- Energetic, adaptable, and solution-oriented;
- Strong communicator who can build trust across teams.
