Sales Team Lead with Romanian

‍Main Responsibilities:‍

• Motivate and engage a team of Sales Agents with Romanian;
• Help resolve interpersonal issues;
• Assist in closing more complicated sales calls;
• Organise the workflow of the team;
• Take part in the 1:1 meeting and Performance Improvement Plans.‍

‍This would be the right role for you if you have:‍

• Excellent verbal and written Romanian (C1 Level);
• Very good level of English (B2 Level);
• At least 1 year of Team Lead experience;
• Experience in sales is a plus.
