Remote Technical Support Specialist with German

The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to clients regarding hardware/ software or network problem diagnosis;
• Support and guide end-users and business partners regarding the company services
• Route problems to internal I.M. support staff.
• Use specialized software;

Job Requirements:

• Have excellent verbal and written German (C1/C2 Level);

• 1+ years of Help Desk or Customer Service experience will bean advantage
