‍Order Processing Specialist with French (4h / 8h)

‍Main Responsibilities:‍‍

• Being the point of contact for customer queries using email, chat, and phone;
• Updating information in the company’s system regarding restaurants in a timely manner;
• Resolving requests connected with order confirmation and questions regarding the menu and the ordering system.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new businesses and customers.
