Main Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming contacts over live chat and email;
• Provide prompt, friendly, and thorough responses;
• Proactively identify customer needs;
• Resolve any service-related issues to enhance overall satisfaction.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1);
