HR Operations Specialist with Portuguese and English

‍

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing administrative procedures for the whole employee lifecycle;
• Maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems;
• Coordinating processes such as transfers, promotions, training, and performance evaluations;
• Assisting with payroll processing and managing employee benefits;
• Analyzing and suggesting improvements to employee management procedures.

Main Requirements:

• Excellent command in Portuguese and English;
