First Line Technical Support with Slovenian

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performing general technical support for a leading computer technology company via phone and email;
  • Using remote desktop connections in order to provide support;
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems;
  • Helping company employees to install applications and programs.
