First Line Technical Support with Slovenian
Main Responsibilities:
- Performing general technical support for a leading computer technology company via phone and email;
- Using remote desktop connections in order to provide support;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems;
- Helping company employees to install applications and programs.

- Excellent verbal and written Slovenian (C1/C2 Level);
- Very good English level (B2 Level);
- Basic technical knowledge;
- Previous experience in technical support will be considered an advantage but is not a must.
