Field Operations Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Manage team of regional managers; participate in recruitment, evaluation and coaching projects;
• Responsible for site monitoring for safety and environmental awareness, according to the company standards and preparation of reporting analysis;
• Prepare and implementation of pricing strategy;
• Collaborate with key network departments like shop, finance and retail;
• Evaluate potential new site projects;
• Develop sales and business plans.

Job requirements:

• Proven previous experience in a relevant position, 5+ years;
