Entry-Level Technical Support Specialist (fully remote)

‍

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing first-level support for B2B customers;
• Resolve technical issues with laptops, tablets, printers, etc.
• Uninstall/reinstall softwareapplications;
• Verify proper hardware and software setup;
• Resolve login and navigation issues;
• Troubleshoot emails, VPN, etc.;
• Collaborate on complex problems.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1);
• Good level of English (B2);
• Previous experience in a similar role as technical or customer support;
• Very good skills with MS Office, VPN, and Outlook is a must.
