Our partner is an outsourcing company, and currently they are looking for a:
E-Commerce Advisor with English (Remote Job)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email regarding online and in-store purchases.
- Assist with product information, sizing, and availability inquiries.
- Support customers with returns, refunds, warranty cases, and delivery time updates.
- Provide guidance on product features, including materials and waterproofing.
- Track orders and resolve customer concerns according to company policies.

Requirements:
- English at C1 level.
- Strong customer focus, communication skills, and a friendly approach.
