(Full and Part time option)

Main responsibilities:

• Provide general support to the clients via chat/email and calls regarding the customer inquiries;
• Resolve and investigate various cases
• Maintain company`s database.

Job requirements:

• Proficient level of Romanian (C1/C2 Level);
