Chat and Email Support with English (Non-Voice)
Main responsibilities:
- Offer the best customer service via mainly phone calls and a bit of live chat;
- Assist and advice when needed.
- Help our customers with a wide range of queries.
- Proactively reach out to customers.
- Take sales opportunities.

Job requirements:
- Have excellent communication skills in Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
