Chat and Email Support with English (Non-Voice)

Main responsibilities:

  • Offer the best customer service via mainly phone calls and a bit of live chat;
  • Assist and advice when needed.
  • Help our customers with a wide range of queries.
  • Proactively reach out to customers.
  • Take sales opportunities.
