Customer Service Representative with German/ French / Polish / Dutch OR Italian

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to clients via various channels;
• Manage different requests in regards to products and suggesting information about other services provided by the company;
• Update the internal tracking system to track documents, issues, work requests and enquiries;
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This would be the right role for you if you:

• Fluent German / French / Polish / Dutch OR Italian (C1 level);
• Proficient level of English (B2 level);
• Experience in customer or technical support will be considered as a strong advantage;
• Previous knowledge in CRM systems would be considered as a plus;
• Excellent MS Office skills.
