Customer Service Representative with German/ French / Polish / Dutch OR Italian
Main responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients via various channels;
- Manage different requests in regards to products and suggesting information about other services provided by the company;
- Update the internal tracking system to track documents, issues, work requests and enquiries;
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This would be the right role for you if you:
- Fluent German / French / Polish / Dutch OR Italian (C1 level);
- Proficient level of English (B2 level);
- Experience in customer or technical support will be considered as a strong advantage;
- Previous knowledge in CRM systems would be considered as a plus;
- Excellent MS Office skills.
