Customer Experience Specialist with Dutch
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on choosing the right product for them;
- Dealing with occurring delivery issues, complaints or refunds;
- Entering data into software and maintaining client files.
