Customer Care Representative with German (Non-Voice Communication)
Main responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to customers mainly via chat, and email support, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service;
- Build lasting relationships by delivering thoughtful, personalized support that puts the customer first;
- Continuously deepen your understanding of our products, services, and policies to deliver accurate and effective solutions.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1);
- Very good command of English (B2/C1);
- Availability to work on shifts;
