Main Responsibilities:
· Supervise the daily activities ofthe Customer Support team and ensure smooth service delivery across all communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
· Monitor the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of customer interactions, including escalated cases.
· Support team members in resolving complex customer issues and provide guidance when needed.
· Support training activities, onboarding of new employees, and implementation of internal procedures, policies, and best practices.
· Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
· Monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) and contribute to regular reporting on customer support performance.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and quality standards.

Job requirements:
· Fluent level of English (B2/C1);
· Fluent level of Spanish (C1);
· 1-2 years of experience in a management position;
· Great communicative skills;
