Main Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of personalized promotions and offers that keep players engaged
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to optimize communication and offers
• Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless player experience
• Assist with player segmentation and targeted marketing strategies
• Reporting and tracking CRM performance metrics

Main Requirements:
