Client Success Adviser with German (from home / night shifts)

Main responsibilities:

• Processing inbound calls/chats/e-emails from customers and solving a wide range of customer service issues and problems;
• Working closely with internal company departments;
• Offering prompt assistance to address requests.

Job requirements:

• Excellent level of German(C1);
• English level (B2)
• Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;
