What will be your main responsibilities?
- Communication with clients regarding the company's products;
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance with daily cases to clients via chat and email;
- Informing players about new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
- Collaborating closely with other team members and departments.
