Chat and Email Specialist with French or Italian (Entry-Level)

Main responsibilities:

• Communication with users, regarding the services of the company by chat and email;
• Support users in managing their accounts;
• Informing the users about upcoming bonuses and changes in regulations;
• Assistance with resolving daily cases.
