Training Help-Desk Mentor with German
Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a training program for both new joiners and current teammates;
  • Works to improve performance and executes best practices for ensuring excellence in instructor training and performance;
  • Use motivation techniques to the team;
  • Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.).

Job requirements:
  • Related experience in training or teaching field, preferably within the Customer Care field (minimum 2 years);
  • Fluency in verbal and written German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects (Windows, Android, iOS, Bluetooth, Wi-fi, CRM software and etc.);
  • Ability to work in a team-focused, deadline-driven environment;
