Our partner is one of the leaders in the medical industry. They are looking for an experienced Tier 3Technical support engineer with German and English to join their new project in Bulgaria.

Main responsibilities:
  • Excellent understanding of the client's technical needs;
  • Supervisor and QA of Level 1 and Level 2 specialists;
  • Multitasking on various projects;
  • Ad-hoc knowledge assessments for help desk analysts;
  • Prepare reports and analysis.

Required qualifications and skills:
  • Very good written and spoken command in both German and English (C1 level);
  • Quality and result orientation;
  • Leadership and time management;
  • At least 4-5 years experience on Level 2;
  • 1-year experience on Level 3 is an advantage;
  • BA or higher degree is a must.
