Technical Support Specialist with Spanish

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide broad technical support services, to support center customers;
  • Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them even further to the responsible departments if needed;
  • Create and submit detailed case logs documenting customer interactions. Accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness are keylogging components;
  • Follow all documented escalation procedures, including issues requiring 3rd party intervention.

This would be the right role for you if you:
  • Have excellent verbal and written Spanish(C1/C2 Level);
  • Very good English level (B2);
  • BA or higher degree preferred;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Technical support or IT position or a similar one.
