For one of our clients, which is an American outsourcing company we are searching for:

Technical Support Specialist with Polish and English

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary technical contact, deliver technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for corporate customers;
  • Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with colleagues from other teams;
  • Manage critical issues by setting customer expectations, devise and implement action plans and professionally communicate to all parties involved.

Job requirements:
  • Fluency in Polish and English;
  • Previous customer service or support experience is required;
  • Superior researching, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
