Technical Support Specialist (Level 1) with German / French / Italian
Main responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in German / French or Italian;
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving the case;
  • Processing ticket operations and escalates cases if necessary;
  • Create records regarding each case and provide reports.

 Job requirements:
  •  Fluent level of German / French or Italian language;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Strong analytical and communications skills;
  • Previous experience on a technical role is considered as an advantage.
