For one of our clients, a leader in Secure and Compliant Cloud, Managed, and Hybrid Hosting, we are looking for a Technical Support Representative with excellent level of English.
- Responsible for taking inbound calls from existing customers to answer technical questions regarding Web hosting, Email, Domain names and other Internet applications and services.
- Communicate with customers to determine root cause of issues and provide recommendations and direction for successful resolution.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Eliminate customer confusion or frustration using empathy and consideration to reach amicable solutions.
- to be fluent in English - C1 level
- willing to work shifts that include day, night and weekend hours.
- to be passionate about the web hosting industry
- willing to learn, improve and work efficiently in a team according to performance requirements and standards set by the company.
