For one of our clients an innovative company specialized in Financial technology services we are looking for:
Team Lead with French and English (New Company)

Main responsibilities:
  • Supervise team members and ensure they provide excellent customer service;
  • Prepare shift patterns and monthly and ad-hoc schedules;
  • Monitor team members’ performance, queues and KPIs; 
  • Prepare regular reports on current tasks.

Job requirements:
  • Experience in managing a customer support team in the BPO field;
  • Excellent level in French and English (minimum C1 level);
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
  • Practical knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom or Slack is considered an advantage;
  • Availability to work on shifts.
