Team Leader with English (BPO)
The company offers:
- Supervise team members and ensure they provide customer service of a high quality;
- Prepare shift patterns and monthly schedules;
- Monitor team members’ performance and KPIs;
- Prepare regular reports on current tasks.
- Working knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom or Slack is considered an advantage.

- Experience in managing a customer support team (preferably in the BPO field);
- Ability to be a a proactive self-starter who has an excellent customer service approach and attitude;
