Our partner is one of the leading business transformation companies. They are looking for an experienced Team Leader with Dutch to join their team as it is expanding.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage, develop and coach team members to improve performance;
  • Identify team goals and evaluate team progress;
  • Monitor and manage the day to day team operations to deliver the set by the client SLAs/KPIs'
  • Proactively proposes improvement plans where gaps are noticed;
  • Participate in the recruitment process for new hires in the project.

This would be the right role for you if you:
  • Have excellent verbal and written Dutch (C1/C2 Level);
  • Have a working level of English language (B2/C1 level);
  • Have experience as Team Leader in a BPO environment at least 1 year;
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
