Our client is the biggest online marketplace in Bulgaria. Regarding the rapid development of the company we are currently looking for a positive, outgoing, ambitious and results-oriented Store Supervisor

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Organizes and coordinates with the showroom manager the activities carried out in the store, in order to achieve the objectives;
  • Set the working hours and shift schedules for efficient coverage of the program;
  • Provide on-the-job training for showroom staff;
  • Together with the showroom manager ensure the necessary resources for the proper functioning of the showroom;
  • Tracks, verifies and organizes the activity of the subordinates in the showroom, so that customers benefit from optimal service;
  • Ensures the promotion of products with the support of the Product Management department;
  • Responsible for meeting the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the showroom;
  • Apply the company's commercial policies and follow the procedures of store employees.

Requirements:
  • University degree;
  • At least 1 year previous experience in a similar position;
  • Previous experience in retail industry will be an advantage;
  • Experience in coordinating and managing a team will be an advantage;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bulgarian;
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge;
  • Goal-oriented person with the ability to organize and prioritize;
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills;
  • People management and motivational skills.
