On behalf of our client, a leading provider of payment processing and consulting, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of Senior Account Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the focal point of contact for all customer account management matters;
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue;
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders;
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
Prepare reports on account status.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
Additional fluent language;
1-2 years of experience and knowledge of the e-commerce/payments industry;
Work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role;
Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization;
Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
