Remote Online Coordinator with Italian

Main responsibilities:
  • Provide general support to the clients via chat and email regarding the customer inquiries;
  • Resolve and investigate various cases and escalate them to the responsible departments;
  • Maintain the company`s database.

Job requirements:
  • Excellent level of Italian (C1);
  • Proficient level of English;
  • Previous experience as a Customer/ Technical Support position is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills.
