Our partner is an American company, a Global leader in client experience management platforms. They are looking for a Data Specialist to join their team as it is expanding. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
The client offers:
- Focus on assisting enterprise customers with technical issue resolution and advice;
- Support technical integrations between multiple systems via APIs and/or flat files;
- Reproduce client issues and if necessary file bug reports, escalate cases to Engineering, and provide the necessary documentation;
- Work with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams on various product issues.

- Have excellent verbal and written Polish or Slovenian (C1/C2 Level);

- Previous BPO experience on similar role is an advantage;
