Know Your Customer Team Lead

Main responsibilities:
  • Leading a KYC team;
  • Looking into individual performance and assessing the quality of work;
  • Making sure all processes and policies are met;
  • Adhering to agreed targets, KPIs, SLAs and confidentiality standards and preparing reports.

Job requirements:
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English;
  • TL experience;
