For one of our clients, new and innovative company specializing in digital solutions for the every-day life, we are looking for:
Technical Support Specialist with French (NEW COMPANY)
Main responsibilities:
- Manage client`s portfolio and provide daily support in the use of the platform;
- Coordinate and manage relationships with support staff that provide hardware, software, or network problem resolution;
- Use Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their resolution.

Job requirements:
- Fluent in French (C1) and working level of English (B1/2);
- Previous experience on a similar position will be considered as a strong advantage;
- Excellent MS Office skills.
