Retention Manager with English

Main Responsibilities:

• Exceeding targets and ensuring the growth of the retention department;
• Overseeing employee training programs to make sure that all employees have the skills they need to perform their jobs effectively;
• Creating and developing different sales strategies and proactively leading their implementations.

Job requirements:

• Have minimum at least 2 years experience on a similar managerial position, managing 20+ people;
• Previous experience as a Retention Manager is a must;
• Previous experience as a Manager in the Forex or Telesales industry, will be considered as a strong advantage;
• Have excellent level of English (C1);
• Be a goal-oriented person, ambitious and confident.
