Quality Manager

Responsibilities

·        Responsible overseen and enforcing Quality Management System;

·        Development and implementation of procedures,documents, and records in compliance with the Requirements of standard IATF14649, ISO9001,ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.

·        Development, implementation, and maintenance of continuous improvement program;

·        Management of Customer audits and securing compliance with QMS and customer requirements;

·        Work in close collaboration with Production Managers for establishing processes guaranteeing quality of production and eliminating risk of scrap or Customer nonconformities;

·        Lead root cause analysis and problem - solving using 8D methodology;

·        Lead, train and develop quality specialists and quality inspectors;

·        Support the other departments with documentation and activities required for design, preproduction and production approval.

Requirements

•        Experience with Quality Management Systems is essential;

•        Must have an analytical approach to problem resolution;

•        Very good verbal and written English language skills;

•        University Degree in Technical Field;

•        Previous experience with IATF 14649 will be considered as an advantage;

•        Previous experience within electronics manufacturing will be considered as an advantage.
