Currently, we are looking for a professional, who will contribute with energy, flexibility towards last-minute issues, and a problem-solving attitude to join their team for the position:

Junior Project Coordinator – Interior Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the project management team inplanning, organizing, and coordinating project activities;
• Communicate with clients, contractors,suppliers, and team members to ensure timely and efficient project execution;
• Prepare project schedules, track progress,and report on project status;
• Maintain project documentation, includingcontracts, drawings, and specifications;
• Coordinate site visits and meetings, andprepare meeting minutes;
• Support in sourcing materials and products,obtaining quotes, and managing inventory;
• Assist in budgeting and cost controlactivities;
• Ensure all projects are completed withinscope, time, and budget constraints.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design,Architecture, Project Management, or a related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in projectcoordination or a related role in the interior design industry;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana);
• Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD,SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus;
• Fluency in English; 
• Excellent organizational and multitaskingskills;
• Strong communication and interpersonalabilities;
• Attention to detail and a proactiveapproach to problem-solving;
• Ability to work both independently and aspart of a team.
