Our client, a well-established international company, operates primarily in the Belgian market. They specialize in the design of residential projects on different scales - from urban planning to interiors of single-family houses, as well as in the design of offices, department stores, and industrial buildings. Currently, we are looking for a qualified architect or engineer to fill the role of Junior Architect at their Sofia office.

General Responsibilities:

‍
• Design creation and coordination;
• Preparation of preliminary studies and design documentation for presentation and technical follow-up;
• Data management;
‍

Required Qualifications:

‍
• Relevant University degree – Architect;
• Experience of 1-3 years in the field of architectural design;
• Good English writing and verbal skills;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independent and as a team member;
• Creative individual with a passion for design that empathizes with our company’s vision;
• Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions on own judgement;
• Able to take responsibility for projects worked under set deadlines and copes well working with short time frames;
• Strict eye for the details;
• Knowledge in Revit/Vectorworks/CAD is an advantage;
• Experience in working or studying abroad is an advantage;
• Technical background will be considered an advantage;
